Our Accordia ValueHealth Program may be for you. The ValueHealth program is a membership with Accordia Urgent Care that allows a participating member to advance purchase services provided by Accordia at a discount of up to 60%. The ValueHealth plan is not insurance but a membership in which, for a monthly membership fee, and small copay with each visit, you receive all of our services at a huge discount!
The Plan made simple.
Covered services included the following:
Individual Member
- Up to 4 visits per year
- Up to 4 Diagnostics, Lab or X-rays provided within the clinic
- Any initial dose of medication provided in the clinic
- 1 Procedure per year, i.e. IV, laceration repair, incision and drainage, nail removal, or splint/cast application
- Fees = $34.00 per month and $25.00 co-pay per visit
Family Membership
Allows your whole family to sign up at a group discount. Visits, diagnostics, and procedures are shared as a whole, so one family member can use all the allowed visits, diagnostics and procedures.
- Up to 2 visits per year
- Up to 2 Diagnostics, Lab or Xrays provided within clinic
- Any initial dose of medication provided within clinic
- No Procedures are covered for family members
- Fees = $15.00 per month and $25.00 co-pay per visit
Example: A family with 3 members: 1 Primary at $34.00 per month and 2 dependents at $15.00 per month each would be allowed up to 8 clinic visits per year. That includes up to 8 diagnostic tests and 1 procedure as a group. 1 member of the family could use one or all of the allowed services. All initial dose medications provided in the clinic would be included.
Employer Plan
For employers with under 50 employees. Employers that wish to retain good employees and compete with benefits offered by larger companies may offer this option to their employees. The Employer Group plan offers a discounted group employee membership that is administrated and paid for by the employer. The employer group plan may cover the individual employee or the employee and their family. ValueHealth does not cover primary care services or health maintenance of an individual. Services covered are only those services provided within the clinic. The following are excluded services:
- Send out Lab tests provided by a contracted Laboratory
- Pre-employment physicals
- Injuries to any employees covered by worker’s compensation
- Any employee or individual member that has traditional health insurance coverage
- Diagnostics ordered by our provider referred to another provider outside of Accordia Urgent Care
- Any referral to a provider outside of the services of an Accordia Urgent Care Clinic including specialists, hospitals, hospitalists, etc
- Any orthopedic devices provided within the clinic
