Dr. Jeff Dowis
Medical Director
Leading Accordia’s team of medical providers, Dr. Jeff Dowis has an extensive medical background in emergency medical management, management of hospital operations, and oversight of hospital inpatient services. Jeff is a flight surgeon in the United States Air Force Reserves. As Medical Director, Jeff has led our providers for over 4 years by providing review and feedback as well as consultant physician services when needed on complex cases. Dr. Dowis works on a daily basis through his oversight and teamwork assuring all providers with Accordia are delivering the highest standards of medical care to our patients and are meeting both the standard of practice expected as a provider as well as remaining in compliance with any of their individual State Licensure Governing Body guidelines.

Kim Wildes
Chief Executive Officer
Kim Wildes is the CEO of Accordia and has been with the company since 2021. A RN since 1998, Kim has served in many clinical and administrative roles prior to joining Accordia. She served at Serenity Hospice Care for over 15 years. Previous to that, she enjoyed her time in hospital settings, specifically the ICU.
She oversees all aspects of Accordia, including corporate operations and clinical operations.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys reading, being outside, and spending time with her husband, Bryan; 2 boys, Karson and Reese; and grandson, Kayson.

Melony Faulk
Director of Accounting
Melony Faulk has over 8 years of experience in accounting with a strong background in compliance, cost analysis, budget management, and human resource management. She enjoys working with Accordia and managing its finances. Melony has worked in banking for almost 3 years and home health hospice for 5 years. She lives in Dublin with her husband and 4 children.

Tricia Rowe
Director of Public Relations
Tricia has been employed with Accordia Urgent Care and Family Practice for four years, three of those in Public Relations. She has a solid history in the medical field, complete with Radiologic Technologist Degree and Marketing Management Degree. Tricia helped assemble three offices for Accordia Urgent Care and Family Practice, showcasing strong leadership skills and consistently producing excellent work with marketing and public relations activities within the community. She has assisted in delivering brand awareness and growth for Accordia Urgent Care and Family Practice. Tricia manages all aspects of marketing, including both design and implementation for Accordia, including social media, radio, print advertisement, website management and community marketing at a local level with each office. Tricia also stays active with the Chamber of Commerce and is dedicated to making sure Accordia is a Chamber member in each community, showing continued support year after year.

Mary Ceasar
Director of Clinical Operations
Mary Ceasar is the Director of Clinical Operations and has been with Accordia Urgent Care and Family Practice since 2015. Mary is a certified phlebotomist and earned her certification in 2014 from Swainsboro Technical College in Swainsboro, GA, after working at Trane Technologies (then known as Trane Company) in Vidalia, GA, for 20 years as a team leader.
Mary worked at Emanuel Medical Center in Swainsboro, GA, as a phlebotomist in 2014 and then started her career at Accordia Urgent Care and Family practice in 2015. She first served as a front desk receptionist before training as a Med-Tech. Within a couple of years of hard work and the showing of love and care for every patient, she earned her position of Clinical Manager at the Vidalia clinic.
Mary took on the role of Director of Clinical operations in 2022, which includes setup and licensures of new clinics, management of all salaried staff, and oversight of operations at all clinics.
Mary is married to Rev. Phillip Ceasar, and they have 3 daughters and 4 grandchildren.
