Dr. Jeff Dowis
Leading Accordia’s team of medical providers, Dr. Jeff Dowis has an extensive medical background in emergency medical management, management of hospital operations, and oversight of hospital inpatient services. Jeff is a flight surgeon in the United States Air Force Reserves. As Medical Director, Jeff has led our providers for over 4 years by providing review and feedback as well as consultant physician services when needed on complex cases. Dr. Dowis works on a daily basis through his oversight and teamwork assuring all providers with Accordia are delivering the highest standards of medical care to our patients and are meeting both the standard of practice expected as a provider as well as remaining in compliance with any of their individual State Licensure Governing Body guidelines.
Lanie Welch, RN, FNP
Chief Executive Officer
Lanie Welch FNP, is Chief Executive Officer for Accordia Urgent Care and Family Practice. Lanie Welch is a provider, as well as a liason for providers entering the healthcare field, and manages all of Accordia and its operations which includes but not limited to Human Resources, Marketing, Billing, Accounting and Oversight of clinical operations. She oversees the orientation, training, and placement for providers for Accordia Urgent Care and Family Practice under the direction of Dr. Jeff Dowis. Lanie began her career in the healthcare field in 2001, working in Hospital operations while completing her BSN. In 2005, she co-founded one of Southeast Georgia’s largest Hospice companies that grew to 6 locations servicing over 70 counties. Her duties included Director of Nursing and Administrator. Lanie completed her MSN as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2013 with a concentration in Family Practice and Urgent Care. In 2014, she co-founded Accordia Urgent Care and Family Practice, which has grown to three locations with a fourth planned in 2020. Lanie worked diligently to build a company that would become more than just a business to the community but a place that people felt they were treated as family.

Although Lanie works with Dr Dowis to help with the providers and the clinical care, Lanie still enjoys being a provider in the clinic and continues on the path to grow Accordia Urgent Care and Family Practice to become a household name.
Director of Accounting
Melony Faulk has over 8 years of experience in accounting with a strong background in compliance, cost analysis, budget management, and human resource management. She enjoys working with Accordia and managing its finances. Melony has worked in banking for almost 3 years and home health hospice for 5 years. She lives in Dublin with her husband and 4 children.
Director of Public Relations
Tricia has been employed with Accordia Urgent Care and Family Practice for four years, three of those in Public Relations. She has a solid history in the medical field, complete with Radiologic Technologist Degree and Marketing Management Degree. Tricia helped assemble three offices for Accordia Urgent Care and Family Practice, showcasing strong leadership skills and consistently producing excellent work with marketing and public relations activities within the community. She has assisted in delivering brand awareness and growth for Accordia Urgent Care and Family Practice. Tricia manages all aspects of marketing, including both design and implementation for Accordia, including social media, radio, print advertisement, website management and community marketing at a local level with each office. Tricia also stays active with the Chamber of Commerce and is dedicated to making sure Accordia is a Chamber member in each community, showing continued support year after year.

Keyry Jimenez Santana
Director of Billing
Keyry has been employed with Accordia Urgent Care and Family practice for almost five years. In 2013, Keyry begin working in the healthcare field while completing her AA. In 2015, she graduated with Honors from East Georgia State College with an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Economics. Over the last 8 years, Keyry has been able to build an extensive background in medical billing and coding with previous experience in referrals and accounting. Keyry works closely with Accordia’s CEO and Director of Accounting. She is responsible for managing and over-sighting all aspects of billing to insure that all claims, payments, and collections are processed in an accurate and timely manner. Keyry is married to Christopher Flores and has two beautiful children-Salvador and Santana Flores.

Director of Human Resources
Sandy has been with Accordia Urgent Care & Family Practice since 2014, she began her Human Resources career in banking in 2006. In addition to Personnel Management, Sandy has experience in Business Management, Payroll, Benefits, and Accounting. Her Community and Civic involvement include, A graduate of The Toombs Montgomery Leadership program, served as Co-Chair of The Toombs Montgomery Leadership program, served on the United Way Board, and a United Way Volunteer, two terms as a Downtown Vidalia Association Main Street Board Member, served on the Finance Committee of Vidalia First United Methodist Church, and Volunteer for the Sweet Onion Classic Golf Tournament.
Meagan Williamson, RT
Meagan Williamson has been with Accordia Urgent Care & Family Practice since 2014 when our first location opened in Vidalia. She started fulltime as an X-ray tech and crossed trained to be what we call 11 “Med-techs” in our clinics after working in the Hospital setting for 5 years. Meagan took the role and responsibilities as Clinical Coordinator in 2015 which includes set up and licensures at all new start up clinics, operational management of all non-provider staf, and overseeing day to day operations at all 3 of our locations. Meagan works closely with Accordia’s CEO and Director of Clinical Services to make sure each and every patient gets “the Accordia experience each and every visit”. Meagan says her favorite thing about her career is helping her employees meet and reach their own personal career goals and watching Accordia grow! When Meagan is not at work, she enjoys spending her time with Husband and 4 children.
